The Croatian branch of the international company Spiller Farmer was founded in Zagreb in 2003. Since then, we have gained extensive experience in providing consulting and mediation services in the lease of retail and office space, the sale of land and buildings, and advising investors and developers in demanding projects.
Our qualities include, among other things: preparation and compilation of investment studies, consulting and mediation in the lease of office and retail space, and analysis and assessment of land and investment projects.
