The commercial project is located in Velimira Škorpika Street in the southwestern part of the city’s Jankomir district. Jankomir represents one of the larger business zones in the city of Zagreb. Inside the business zone, in the immediate vicinity of the development project, there are many retailers such as: Pevex, Emmezeta, Lesnina, Bauhaus, Tepih Land, Prima, Family MALL. In addition, numerous merchants specializing in retail such as Spar, Lidl, Decathone, Sportvision, Tepih land and the like are located within the zone. The project is planned as a Retail Park with a total retail area of 8,500 m² and with a spacious parking lot in front of the building itself.
