Bidders are invited to enter the 1st electronic public auction for the subject of sale according to the conditions as follows:

  • Estimated court value of the subject for sale is HRK 72,899,000.00
  • The starting price at the 1st electronic public auction is HRK 58,319,200.00; the amount of the auction step is HRK 20,000.

The deadline for the payment of bail in the amount of HRK 7,289,900.00 is March 5, 2021 by which time the guarantee must be recorded in the account of the FINA (Financial Agency) at the latest. Payments recorded on the Agency’s account after 05.03.2021 will not be considered valid payments and these payers will not be allowed to participate in the electronic public auction. The guarantee is paid to a special account of the Agency, IBAN: HR3323900011300028779, Recipient: Financijska agencija, Model: HR35.

The person whose OIB is stated in the reference to the payment number will be considered the payer of the guarantee. For payments remitted from abroad, it is obligatory to state the PNB or OIB next to the tender ID in the Payment Description.
